There are lovely views all around and it is easy to reach many interesting places in Southern Tuscany such as, Montepulciano, Pienza, Monticchiello.
Around the old mill and its annex there is a shaded park with tall trees with seating areas, equipped with outdoor furniture. In the typical dam, used in past to collecting water, there is now installed a swimming pool (5×10 m).
